Abstract   The economic analysis of heat-source tower heat pump  is carried out with some practical examples. It is
found that this new device could supply cold and heat source for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
system in summer and winter respectively, also could supply hot water throughout the year, showing potential prospects,
such as obvious energy-saving, simple system, space and investments saving, low operating costs, etc, being worth to
be discussed extensively.
